My wife is applying for express entry profile. I have a question on the selection of level of education. She holds a bachelors degree (4 year full time) from India (assessed by WES) and currently pursuing one year graduate certificate program in Ontario. She will be graduating from this program in May/June 2017. I see the choices under the section "Enter the highest level of education for which you earned" confusing. Here are the two closest choices. Can you please help me in making a right selection.
1. Bachelors degree (three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute)
2. Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.
