Which one to choose for edu credentials? ICES, SCS or WES?

Hopefully they deliver what they promise!

did you submit your transcript (sealed in envelop) or you made your uni to submit to WES?

The press release came out Thursday middle of the night Australian time. First thing Friday morning I was at my uni. They have posted my academic transcript directly to WES by express post. I have also sent a copy of my degree to WES by express post.

It was just someone who works at the university who issued the academic transcript.

Do you think this person needs to be someone of note? Let's hope not!

Have you inform wes that you are sending docs to you? If yes than how?. Also have you done payment? By what means and how?

Hi,
You just go to the WES website and apply online. Payment is made through their website with a visa card. Then they tell you which documents you need to send.
Once you've done this, you get a username & password and then can track the progress. That will be great to see when documents that have been posted are received etc.

How can the time lines of these three bodies be so different? I guess the fact that WES says "processing time is seven (7) business days after receipt, review and approval of all documents" means that the seven days doesn't include the review and approval time? And if you were to include these, it might actually reach about 11/12 weeks? Just a thought? There can't really be three bodies which such huge difference in time frames is what I feel.

any rough estimate guys on how long WES assessments take? also someone with Physio background, which one to opt for? WES says 7 working days, but as the earlier gentleman posted, why would there be such variance in the processing times for these 3 agencies. if someone from a Phsio back ground can shed some light on what transcripts are required for credentialing, it would be much appreciated.

I have selected WES for credential assessment...while filling the application,i came to know that i need to send the required documents by postal mail only at "World Education Services,2 Carlton Street, Suite 1400,Toronto, Ontario M5B 1J3,Canada". Can we send by express courier??? I have dis doubt because WES states different address for postal mail and express courier(US address). Plz guide.....

Actually if I am applying for family and also claiming points for spouse, it seems I will have to send both my and my spouse's transcripts for evaluation, is it right understanding? Docs should be for both pricipal and secondary applicant, it seems.

Spouse IELTS needs to be submitted (min 4 band) to claim 5 points
