Hi Guys,

Is job type A and B treated equally in EE? I mean, if I apply for PR with a job type B, do I get a bigger chance of rejection because my work skill might not be as high as Type A?

Thanks and best luck everybody.

It mainly depends on what occupation skill-set experience you hold?

NOC levels O, A and B are all considered the same - Skilled - for PR purposes. You chose the NOC based on the best correspondence with the lead statement and the duties/responsibilities.

NOC has absolutely no impact on your CRS score as long as it is NOC 0, A or B. Only length of employment matters.

Make sure that your choice of NOC matches the duties mentioned in your employment letter, that is the main thing.
