Which One Is Important Academic or Fund or Somrthing New which I dont Know!!

Bro...plz tell me about my chances of getting the VISA....I am from Bangladesh,wil apply for the VISA in JAN 2012 for the MAY 2012 intake....Per Year it will costs around 25000 CAD to study including accomodation and plane fare

My academics---O level form CIE (1A,4B,1C,1D),AS-Level from CIE (maths-C,Phy-E),IELTS-6.5,SAT I-1200,SAT II-maths:590,phy:560,Few ECA activities

Fund--FDR-25 lac(appox.33334 CAD),15lac in savings acc.(approx. 20000 CAD) {NO LOAN}

And my Parents own some fixed assets which costs around 22 cr.TK (approx.3 lac CAD)

Income source--- My father(SPONSOR) is a service holder is salary is 1.2 lac per month and we have some fixed assets form which we get more 5 lac per month as rent monthly is come is aroung 6.2 lac (approx.8300CAD) as well the yearly income becomes 99600 CAD
My father have the TIN certificate Only

I was also teaching in a school for few months....

Is ther any thing new?? (lyk any papers..etc n others..) So xpertss plz let me know about my chances of VISA

i dont know much .cuz i m not an xpert but how much ever details u have shown i think ur case zz really strong and as ur goin for foundation i think funding wise ur really good.I dont have any good idea abt TIN certificate hay why dont u check wid rahasan he the xpert in TIN case.

Hi Brother,
Your visa does not depend on one thing. Your overall profile matters there. I mean ur academics,IELTS score, college u applied, course,ur financial ability(which seems to b gud), etc
Although, u seem to have the ability to sponsor ur education, I suggest u still go for a bank loan. bcos for CHC bank loan is a good proof of ur funds.
