which one is faster online or offline paper based application??

hello sir,

i m rakeshfrom india, i gathered all documents for trv but i am confused about online and offline submission.
i have also cic account and i know all steps for online
but my friends says rejection ratio in online is more than offline
i got rejection two times,(reason was :- Family Ties), now i am going to apply with my family for summer vacation(ME+Wife + Son),
please suggest me what is better option??

thanks for reply but i want to know that , is ratio of success is better in offline than online... in which chances is good to get visa
