which one is better for ECA? BCIT or WES? for Indian Engineering degree

Hi,

I need to know which service is better and fast in terms of getting ECA for Indian Engineering degree
1. http://www.bcit.ca/ or 2. http://www.wes.org/?

Also Do I need to send the 10th and 12th documents as well?

Anybody have any experience completing ECA from above agencies? any other recommended agency for ECA?

my details:
Completed Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Shivaji University Maharashtra.

10th and 12th from Gujrat CBSC board.

10th and 12th Std certificates not required. Only Bachelors and/or Masters Degree transcripts and degree certificate required for ECA.
Most candidates on this forum have got their ECA done from WES Canada.

one more question, I don't know whether university will send my degree certificate along with transcripts. So I'm planning to attach attested Degree certificate in the same envelop (transcript envelop) and seal it from university and send on my own. I read on wes site that we can also send documents provided they are sealed by university.

Yes, you can do it. I did the same for my Bachelors.

Yeah you can and my advise would be you must send all Semester marksheets, Degree and passport copy along with Transcripts from University.

Passport copy would only be needed if your name is different in the certificates and passport and you want to get the name in ECA report as per passport. But ECA usually issues the report as per the name in the certificate.

For me it was different, but I did not send the passport copy. But, there is no harm in sending it.
