Hello Everyone,
I am confused if I qualify under CEC or FSW or I am ineligible at the moment. Below is my scenario if you could shed some light on it.
I received my WP on December 24 - 2015 (Expiring on December 24, 2018)
Worked under the title of Office Administrator (AT COMPANY - A) (NOC: 1221)
Total Hours worked after receiving WP (IN CANADA - COMPANY A) - 430 hours
Total Hours worked after receiving WP (OUTSIDE CANADA - COMPANY A) - 447 hours
Along with Company A, i also worked at Company B.
Worked under the title of Office Administrator / Coach (AT COMPANY - B) (NOC: 1221 & 5252)
Total Hours worked after receiving WP (IN CANADA - COMPANY B) - 573 hours
Key Points: A) I received a T4A from both employers (Company A & B)
B) Was outside Canada having a valid work permit for 10 months.
C) Have 2 different NOC Codes and 2 different employers
D) Please note company A is no longer a registered company in Canada (They moved business to the USA) (Employer is willing to give a letter of reference for my work)
E) IELTS Score: L-7, R-7, W-6.5, S-8 (Overall - 7)
F) Education in Canada: 3 Year Diploma Course
G) Current Age - 24 Years (Never Married)
H) My sister is a Canadian citizen.
I) Do not have a valid job offer (Not LMIA supported job)
Questions:
1) Let's say my total work experience is more than 1560 hours (After WP - Both In and Outside Canada). Am I eligible to apply under CEC? or Any other program. (If yes please explain how and what's the process I need to follow if any).
2) How about Federal Skilled Worker am I eligible for that?
3) Currently, i am employed at Company B (total work hours soo far 573 - All at T4A) But, but the company has agreed to provide me a T4 moving forward) hours that I accumulated before (573) could those hours be accounted for the total 1560 hours requirement?
All your help is greatly appreciated!
