Which one better to get higher score?

Hey guys,

I just had an ielts exam with British council (BC) in Canada and I got 6.5 each and overall. I really shocked to see same band score for all 4 modules. I am wondering if someone can guide about best test takers to get good score. I mean which one is better, BC or IDP??
