Which OINP stream should I register an EOI for?

I have completed 1-year Post-Graduate certificate from a DLI in Toronto.

Due to processing delays, I received my PGWP recently and have just received an offer for a full-time permanent position at a company based in Toronto.

My NOC is 2175

I am confused about what OINP stream do I qualify for and which one should I apply for. These are my options:

1. Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream
2. Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream
3. Ontario's Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream

As far as I know, you can apply only under one of these streams. I don't know under which stream do I stand the best chance to receive an ITA.

1. Need job offer with eligible employer. Calculate score and see if score is drawn.
2. No. Unless one of the programs was at a university and admissions criteria is only a degree (not open to college graduates).
3. Based on CRS score and NOC. Check draws.
