Which offices in Toronto are issuing new design passport?

Hi there,

Pretty close to applying for the first passport and wondering which offices are issuing new design passport?

Interesting....but if you think you want the new design go to a Passport Office. And spring 2024 starts on March 21st (officially) so wait a couple of days!

That's not how the Governnment of Canada interprets "by spring 2024". "Spring 2024" is whenever they have exhausted their existing stock. Similarly, it'll be "fall 2023" whenever they manage to bring online renewals up and running. https://toronto.citynews.ca/2024/02...passport-renewal-it-never-happened-heres-why/
