Which NOC to apply for Express Entry Programme.

I am applying for express entry programme. I have got my Ielts score and educational assessment.
My confusion is with the experience. I worked in an IT firm from 2014-2017( 2.8 years) and then I did my Masters from 2017 to 2019. After my Masters I worked in a different field as an Admin Assistant full time for 2 years. Which NOC should I apply for? As experience should be above 3yrs.

One year is the minimum experience you require to apply for EE. I think you'll have to pick one of the NOC's as your primary, preferably your most recent experience or the one you consider to be most in-demand in Canada, for a possible chance of PNP nomination. I think it boils down to whatever you're comfortable with. I'm aware you can sum up the different NOC's to claim maximum points, so shouldn't be a big deal.
