Hello
I am standing at 440 CRS, so i am hoping for a nomination from a province. Indeed, I have two different NOC codes options since I have occupied two different jobs in the last 7 years, 1221 Administration Officer and 4165 Health policy, researcher, and program officer. The question is which one should I choose to increase the likelihood of getting a provisional nomination provided that NOC plays a critical role in the provinces' selection creterion in light of their respective in -demand jobs?. Isn't 1221 more common and generally required?, or does the scarity of 4165 in the pool give me a puch? It would be great to have your thoughts
Best regards
