The NOC is dependent on your job responsibilities, and not your educational qualifications.
My suggestion would be to list out your daily responsibilities (and what you anticipate your employer/HR would provide in their letter) and match them up with the appropriate NOC.

The NOC is dependent on two things. The work a person does and their job duties. You can use your job description at your place of work and compare it with the classifications shared on the CIC website. That way, you should be able to narrow down to your correct NOC

Also, the only place where your B.com will help is in the WES educational credential assessment which will earn you points that will boost your application / chances.
