Manitoba Is good for Manitoba Province.

Newfoundland is v.good for living in St.Johns

Regina is Good for living in Saskatchewan.

Oooh what am i saying ? Inshort : it always depends on ur Grades on which u graduate after MBA. Cheers!

These are Canadadian Universities. They dont get fooled by NAME. Infact the employers want best freshies from any University (Public Funded)

irrespective of PR or living or anything else. what should be the chronology?

Canada has a total 31 accredited MBA programs.
MBAs in Canada are divided into Tiers, with Tier 1 being the most successful and well-regarded programs and Tier 5 being the weakest programs.
e.g. Tier 1 (Ivey, McGill, Rotman), Tier 2 (Schulich, McMaster, Alberta, Calgary) and so on.

Out of the universities you mentioned, only 2 are in Tier 4. Rest are in tier 5.

Tier 4 (Try for these two)
---------
Brunswick
Edwards (Manitoba) - but only if go for the co-op option, and admission is quite selective for that.

Everything else on your list is Tier 5.
