which LMO application to fill out?

Hi,

I will be asking my employer to submit LMO for me and not sure which application to have them filled out. I am working on PGWP as an insurance brokrt and have been working for 7+ months. My PGWP expires in July and I'm planning to apply for LMO sometime in March. Which of the following application should my employer fill out:
a) High Skilled Occupations supporting permanent immigration (Arranged Employment Opinion)
b) High Skilled Occupations

This is for those who want to apply for PR through the FSW Category 2 (arranged employment). It does not get you a work permit, tho.

b) High Skilled Occupations

This is to get a work permit. I think this is the one you want...
