which language test system should I take?

I am applying for Federal Skilled Worker Program right now. Are there people who are doing the same with me?
which language test system did you choose? CELPIP or IELTS?

Which level did you choose to take? If I want to get the full points for language test, which level should I choose to take? Level 10?

Do you have some study material for the test? Thanks!

My native language is Chinese, so English should be my first official language in CIC definition. Right?

i would recommend ielts (genearal training) to get maximum points in language you must take 7 in reading,writing & speaking and 8 in listening and English would be your first language for furthur information go to CIC website for points
