Hi everyone, I would like to know according your knowledgement which is the best Provincial Nomination Program for an International Student, the less difficult, easy, with less requirement and quicky, Manitoba?, Saskatchewan?, Alberta?, Ontario? except quebec cause i dont know much french, and quebec is so full of inmigrants!

In any province, if you get job after degree you get nominated. But in Onatrio and BC you have option of applying without job offer but it takes so long now a adays and very expensive and alot of difficult requirements ,, bank statement , good standings in MAsters , etc etc
