Which is the best province to study pg in comp sci or networking to get PR ?

Greetings; my profile is as below I need suggestions regarding above question.
10th = 70.31% GSEB
12th = 62 % GSHEB 2012 (external exam)
Diploma = 7.5 CGPA (Gujarat Technological University) 2012 cleared with 11 backlogs
Degree = 6.7 CGPA (Gujarat Technological University) 2015 cleared with 10 backlogs
IELTS 6.5 [ L=7 ; R=5.5; W=6.5 S=6.5 ].

Toronto is quite big in the computer science field. Lots of jobs especially with experience.
As far as P.R. I don't know if it is easy any where. Perhaps you can try OONP express entry once you gain some work experience.

I find major cities (M.T.V; Montreal. Toronto. Vancouver) seem to do very well in that field as well.

I'm not sure but I think you need to improve your reading score. As far as I'm concern, most of the universities require at least 6 in all English skills.

just want to caution if ur thinking of easy PR in quebec(montreal) then u need to know french to qualify for PR in quebec.
