Information is available on this forum for all steps of immigration process and subjects like landing, housing, telecom services, transport, monthly expenses and other formalities required to be completed by new immigrants. But the most important aspect, according to me at least, is to be able to settle down nicely in Canada in shortest possible time. This is the most difficult part. That is perhaps the reason most of the members stop remaining active on this forum. This is natural, as with time initial euphoria over getting Canadian immigration fades away, they get exposed to realities of Canadian job market and are too busy in trying to carve out a niche for themselves.
Could the guys, who are in Canada for a long time, guide the new immigrants in choosing the most suitable place to settle down, depending on the profession? I know there are considerations like presence of friends/relatives, personal choices, climate, etc. Of course, getting some Canadian qualification would be of immense help. But if someone, experienced enough, can advise new immigrants where they are likely succeed, based on their profession, it will be a great help.
