with current rules .Manitoba is the easiest.
but its hard to say what will be the PR rule at the time you finish ur studies.
most likely Manitoba will be the easiest.

both of the provinces are good for PR but in my opnion saskatchewan is good.. for its ''sinp'' categories & other.rest is up to you.
