Which is the best option? 1 year PGWP or Second course

Hello,
I am confused about whether to take chance and go for 1 year of pgwp Or to take another course.
I am enrolled in 1 year course which I am about to complete this month (April 2021) though my study permit is valid till September 2021.
I have a permanent job offer in NOC-B category from the employer I currently work for through agency.
So my questions are,
1. After April, when I will be able to work full time and would have been applied for pgwp, will my work experience count towards required hours for CEC or it won't count unless I get pgwp?
2. Should I go for 1 year of pgwp or take another course for 1 year to get 3 years of pgwp?
3. Will I be able to file PR with 1 year of pgwp?

Please guide me through.

1 After you submit your PGWP application your work experience can be met the requirement of CEC.
2 If you work for a year,your CRS enough to get the EE ITA you don't need take other courses.

The course which I opted for is of 8 months. Like it is mentioned as 1 year course but I studied for 8 months.
I started in September and will be completing it in April. So if I apply for pgwp in May then will I get 8 months of pgwp or 1 year?
P. S. - my study permit ends in September 2021

If your program was more than 8 months but less than 2 years
We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for up to the same length as your study program.

For example, if you completed a 9-month program, we may give you a work permit for up to 9 months.

Accelerated programs
If you complete your study program in less time than the normal length of the program, you may be eligible for a PGWP valid for the full length of your program.

For example, if you complete a 1 year study program in 8 months, you may be able to get a PGWP valid for 1 year.

My course is full-time course and college has written 1 year program. Course doesn't contain co-op. So, I mean really not sure.
