Which is the best immigration option?

Hi,

My husband and I are from Costa Rica, we have a 6yr old and would like to give her a better life, we have considered Canada to be a great/SAFE place to raise a family... Looking at Canada we would like to move to Alberta. Which would be the best immigration options that we have?

If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
