Which is best support party in Immigration laws in upcoming elections???

Any opinion which would be better party for opting better immigration laws ?So that we can PRAY for that party to win. :'(

I have read the some article in the same web link in which it was showing NDP is best.
and second one is Liberal.

guys what's your opinion? Any luck for us as well about our dream of becoming CANADIAN by their amendments in immigration laws.
