Actually I have graduated from bharathiyar university and I did m com from same university as distance education.is it valid(m com )in canada ? If I chose student visa which course is best and which clg ?

U can go for doctoral...it will be better for you bcz as u already did ur masters

Masters which is not under UGC.. Which valid with in india only, i did my graduation in 2013 after that I went for job, still working.. is there any pblm having educational gab.. ?
