Which is an earlier way to obtain PR, BCPNP SIEE or CEC EE

Hello, Could anyone give me some suggestion.

My application is now BCPNP skills immigration express entry, so I have profiles on BCPNP and CIC express entry.
I had received an invitation to apply for BCPNP last February 2017 and submitted all my documents at the end of February 2017.

I suppose that I would be able to be nominated by BC in 2 or 3 months according to the website of BCPNP and if my application doesn't get any problems.
In the meantime, as you may know, CRS score is also going down now, and as of March 1st, the score is 434pt.
At this rate, it seems that my CRS score would also be able to get an invitation from CIC under CEC in a month.

So, I may be able to proceed with my application under CEC before I get a nomination from BC,
though I had already submitted documents and paid fee to BC.

I still believe that BCPNP has to stick with a company support which means that I can't quit my job until I get PR status.
On the other hand, CEC doesn't need stick with a company which means that it doesn't matter even if I quit my job while my PR application is under process.

To be honest, I don't want to keep working at the company(because the work environment is pretty uncomfortable for me.)

What I would like to ask you is below:

-Would I be able to choose the way that I decline BC nomination if I received it, and proceed with my application under CEC if I received an invitation (I know I can't work anywhere else until I get PR status in case of that I quit my job because my current is closed work permit) ?

-Would it be even earlier for me to keep proceeding with BCPNP application even if it would take 2 or 3months to be nominated?

-Is there any way that I can quit my job anytime even if I keep my BCPNP application under skills immigration express entry?

I think that it would be earlier and more comfortable for me that I proceed with my application under CEC if I could get an invitation before BCPNP nomination.

If you were me, what way would you choose?
I hope someone helps me.
Thanks.

EE is the fastest. If you have a low score and getting an ita is a challenge the go for the PNP.

Get ITA in EE directly (either under FSW, CEC or FST) and then you can think about what to choose.

Direct ITA is of course the fastest way.
PNP is the safest way. If BC has also PNP combined with EE, then also PNP can be rather fast. If not, paper based application is reasonably slower (but not that much anymore, since amount of applicants in the system is heavily regulated by ITA and PNP quotas).

Best advice - carry on with BC PNP until you get direct ITA. Then you can withdraw your application there.

Hi, everyone.
Thank you for the advises. That helps me a lot.

To tell the truth, I had unexpectedly got nomination from BC the day before yesterday.
It took only 3 weeks for my application even though the website of BCPNP shows that it takes 2 or 3 months.

So, I ended up accepting the nomination because I thought it would be a little bit faster than EE.
My score is now 424 + 600, and I guess next drawing would happen on coming Wednesday.

Then, I have two questions here.

-I would like to ask vensak. What does it mean that "If BC has also PNP combined with EE, then also PNP can be rather fast."
Does it mean that BCPNP combined with EE is faster than direct EE or paper application of BCPNP?
My application is BCPNP combined with EE. I would like to know if my application is even faster direct EE.

-I have received a confirmation of nomination from BC by accepting the nomination, and it shows "Restriction of Employment "NO"" even though it also shows my employer.
Does it mean that my application can be in process even if I quit my job though I have to let BCPNP officer know it,
or I can apply for Bridge open work permit?

If someone helps me again, I would appreciate it a lot.
Thank you very much.

From my expirience I see that Direct EE is much faster than PNP + EE. The fasted way I belive is cec (ppr u can receive in about 3 months) Fsw (about 3-4 months) and pnp (4-6 months)

Your employer is on your nomination because he support your nomination but if you have no restriction then you can safely quit your job. I am in process with my parents nomination so I don't know everything yet so sorry if I'm wrong with something.

All good

Totally agree, this seems to be the latest trend.

Since I did not know which BC stream were you in, I have answered that BC stream that go through EE (that was my combined comment) are comparably fast to FSW or CEC streams.
Your application right now will be much safer and in your case most likely more faster.
1. You have stated that you CRS score is 424 points. At the moment you do not know if that will be eligible next draw, next month, next year or never.
2. With your PNP that was done through EE stream, you will have your ITA next draw for sure. In addition if you do small mistake in documents (for example forget to send one PCC or send incorrect one or forget one diploma or such), even with cancelled first application you will get next ITA fast again (nomination is valid 6 months).
3. Speed of a direct FSW or CEC and the one with PNP is actually comparable there. There are only 2 moments when PNP can get a bit laggy:
- when they are waiting for your province to confirm you (that happens up to 1 and 1/2 months after the nomination month)
- when you wait in the final queue where they distribute PPR more or less evenly every week in order to meet their quotas.

Other than that you are in the same timing when it comes to security or others.
