Which immigration program should I choose

Hi there,

My friend is working as a clerk in one of superstores in Alberta. Lately he decided to apply for his PR but he completely doesn't know which immigration program should he choose. Obviously it's not possible for him to go through CEC or FSW program but we were thinking about AINP. Can anyone give us direction or help a little bit with the opportunities?
