Hello, folks.

on IMM0008 question number 4 under application details,

"Immiration Office requested for processing this application.

what should i fill out on this question?

CPC-Ottawa ?

if it is right, how come the mailing address for CEC application is located in Sydney?

It depends if you are applying from inside/outside of Canada.

If inside the answer is: "CPP - Ottawa" or "CPP-O"

Outside depends from your country of origin.

Initially when i submitted my application, i was in canada hence VO was CPP-Ottawa and now after receiving PPR request for Ottawa i have sent a request to Ottawa to change my VO to New Delhi for Visa Stamping.

My timelines are at the left.

PPR Received: 23-May
VO Change Request sent: 26-May

Waiting since then..!!

Ohh sorry I just saw first question. Here is the answer for the last one:

CPC in Ottawa
The case processing centre office in Ottawa (CPC-O) processes:

visitor visa (temporary resident visa) applications from within Canada for applicants with valid status (students or temporary foreign workers only)
permanent resident visa applications from the United States and Canada after they have been pre-screened by CPC-M or CIO-S

so you are sending application to Sydney (CIO-S) for pre-screening, CPP-O is responsible for processing it.
