which immigration office request to process a CEC application Mexico or Buffalo?

I'm from Mexico so I can request Mexcio City, but I have been at Canada 3 years and a half, so Can I request Buffalo? What is the better option?

You can request Buffalo, as long has you have authorization to be here at least 1 year.

Only a small number of CEC applicants get caled for interviews, but that is a possibility. So you would have to be able to attend an in-person interview at the visa office you select - for some, it's difficult to get a US visa.

Can't really tell you which is better. Just think, over the next 6-16 months, which would be more convenient for you. If you expect to be able to remain in Canada for the duration, probably Buffalo is better. If you expect to return to Mexico before your application can be finalized, then...

En mi aplicación original solo mande la del estado; la Federal hasta que me la pidieron y no fue necesario obtener ninguna carta aqui en Alberta...
