Which immigration category should I apply for PR?

Hello, Good Afternoon!
Here is my situation! Please I need help in knowing how can I become a permanent resident of Ontario and which application stream is the best to apply....
I came to Canada in 2012 for High school and got my high school OSSD diploma! Soon after I enrolled in one of the best colleges and completed a two year college diploma in business management! But then I went on to pursue my engineering degree from a top tier university here in Ontario to get my bachelors degree in civil engineering!
I recently graduated in April of 2019 and currently working on my work permit with a full time job in NOC B category! I just wanted to know what is my chances or best approach to apply for Pr considering I have spent and invested a lot of time and money in this province!!

Is that my only option that I can apply through cec! Program?
What about the Ontario pnp nomination program why can’t i apply from that....

Yeah the pnp application is so confusing I don’t know what applies but I have friends who tell me that I qualify for that category as well
