Which IELTS band count for Canada PR

have 1 question .

I gave 3 times IELTS , but every time I got different score ( 1st time -5.5, 2nd 7.5 , 3rd 7.0) Which IELTS band score will count for Canada PR ? Appreciate ur help.

the 2nd one but it must be general test.

I heard that Last IELTS band will count .
All 3 IELTS I have given only general.
