We have the same timeline, same dates. Looks like we are in a blackhole. However last time I called they said file is updated to July 5 and it might be mail out date.

Same date and timeline like yours i.e (March 29 to April 1 sent and delivered date). I requested a local transfer was declined. Now I called them today they said, something was updated to JULY 5 and that might be anticipated mail out date. Now I am not sure if they are sending original...

Same here, application was declined for some weird reason and they are not sending the original documents back. I requested to send the original 2 weeks ago and the agent on phone said, I should receive within a week.

Yeah they suck big time. I am past 2 months now.

I am in a hurry now. Only waiting for the passport, Once I get it, I am booking ticket for the next day and flying.

I don't think they check it. Hopefully they don't check the ticket for someone cancelling under 24 hours. And next day you find out your passport is cancelled and blacklisted. That would be a nightmare.
