please tell me which form i and my sponsor should fill fro spousal immigration.and my spouse is currently studying and in final semester of studies..what we should write in the sponsorship evolution form..which ask abou employment..?

also plese let me know that..i have renewed my spouse pakistani ID card.but didnt not changed the father name to husband name....cause we thought i could create a problem for my spouse in airport as my spouse in going to canada in december,,we didnt change
