Which forms are required to upload while applying study visa application via ONLINE?

Hi Friends,

Greetings!

I am applying for "Study Visa Application" from India and the mode of submission would be online. I am submitting my documents under General Category, not in SDS.

I am very confused regarding the forms, can anyone please confirm which forms are mandatory to submit while applying online. While submitting the questionnaire I am getting only two forms.

It would seriously be a great help if you advise.

Read the paper based application instructions, the required docs are the same.
