Which forms are required for Study Permit!!!

family information form[IMM 5645] is mandatory and if some other family member is accompanying you then you have to fill "Schedule 1 – Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada [IMM 5257 - Schedule" form for each member.

As far as I know, you only need to fill schedule 1 form if any of the questions (from 3 to 7) in Background Information of student form. For accompanying people, if they have worked in like military or have government job record then they have to fill schedule 1. Study permit
Temporary residence
Family information

Open work (spouse)
TR , spouse
Family info , spouse

TR , child
Family info , child


Anyn other form required?
I am applying together for whole family

SPP (The Student Partners Program) is for Indian & Chinese Students specifically, whereas General Category for anyone as per my knowledge. So, if you are applying from Pakistan then you are not coming under the criteria of SPP. You may gather further information in this regard if desired.
