which form to send and which not?

another q i understand i have to fill up each and every form but there are some forms i am not sure of
since we are married and have a marriage certificate..do i need to flll out or send them blank those forms "Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union [IMM 5409] ..and also we dont have any children or dependent do we have to fill the "Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP]"?

in some cases certain forms are are not applicable, you put n/a on the checklist, if your relationship is marriage then you can leave behind the IMM 5409, and also IMM 0008 is if you have any children.

You mean IMM 0008DEP. IMM 0008 is in fact, needed.
