Hey can anyone tell me which financial documents are required for Student partner program in India. My dad will be sponsoring my wife and me. I am accompanying her on a dependent visa. We have taken a loan.

there r not set guidelines for showing bank balance and affidavits etc also in SPP it strictly mentioned not to add any other additional documents such affidavits etc until specifically asked by embassy. You should have 80% of your living and tuition fee as loan from listed bank and the remaining you can show as liquid in bank statement for 6 months old or so... Also another way is you pay the remaining fees and attach the receipts along with bank statement

Hey thanks for replying. I have taken the 80% loan and i guess i will have to attach only my Dad's bank statements. Any idea, what should be written on 'statement of purpose'. Thanks for your time.

hey asad has a few good sample sop but they are for Australia but worth looking at, PM him you email id he will send it else i have a copy send me your email and i will forward it. Also there are numerous resources on web for sop but u have to keep in mind that this SOP is not same as the sop you write to university(which is there on most of site) because here you have to relate your education, work ex(if any), your proposed course to your future goal and its also a great tool to show your ties back home and reason for choosing this particular course in canada and in a particular college!!
Hope it helps
Remember me in your prayers!!
