which experience is required to work in Canada airports?

So my question is:

if someone have only high school education. ( he knows French very good + little bit English ).

But high school education.

he lives out side Canada in this while.

what kind of skills or experience can help him if he apply for job in Canada airports?

Impossible question to answer as would depend on a variety of things such the company applying to work for, whether airside or landside, whether any comprehensive background checks are required and I suspect actual level of speaking,reading,writing of English not just French. Cannot see for example and no disrepect intended, a baggage handler for example requiring a degree or a PHD but for sure a good level of English and of course passing very strict background security checks.

I noticed that they do not ask about degree or education. only languages or experience in customerservice ! I have friend work In Canada airport she told me; they accept her to work as she knows French !
