Which educational assessment body to choose ?

Hi I am a software engineer and belong to the
2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers NOC code.
I have completed my masters in computer application.

I have chose ICAS for my educational certificates assessment.
Can someone please help me on the below points :

1) Is is correct to choose ICAS or is there any other option too for assessment.Does it make a difference.
2) From Indian point of standard what does it mean by

Primary education.
Secondary education.
Post Secondary education.

 International Credential Assessment Service of Canada;
 World Education Services; and
 Medical Council of Canada
any of this except last for u...i prefer wes.

I am not sure about ICAS, I found wes easier when i checked their websites this morning and I would be completing my
application at wes soon.

I will be going ahead with ICAS.Will be posting here the steps I took for ICAS :
To start with it has costed me 200 CAD for regular assessment speed and will take 3 weeks in total still need to research a bit on express service.

DONT GO FOR ICAS,
BECAUSE IN ICAS YOU HAVE TO SEND YOUR ORIGNALS MARKSHEET, DEGREE AND OTHER TO ICAS, (AT YOUR OWN RISK) THEY DONT EVALUATE WITHOUT "ORIGNALS"


I HAVE SEND ALL NOTORISED DOCUMENTS OF MY MARKSHEETS, DEGREEES ETC ALONG WITH ORIGNAL TRANSCRIPST BUT NOW THEY NEED ORIGNAL DEGREE FOR EVALUATION !!!
BECASUSE VERIFIED, TRUECOPY, NOTORISED IS NOT VALID AT ALL.

I HAVE PAID THEIR FEES,BUT STILL WITHOUT REPORT.....

SO GO FOR WES
