Which Creteria I have to select for PR with LMIA

1. I got LMIA for PR application.
2. Scored IETLS more than 6 in all
3. WES got over
4. Worked in Canada for q Year.

A ) Please let me know which criteria I have to select for PR application? like Skilled labor / express entry/ provincial nominee/ experience class?

B) What is the NOC code I need to use for software engg?

C) Should I use same for different position also?
