Which course will be better for me?

I got 8.68 cgpa in BE ELECTRICAL wtih no backlog and 7.5 overall in IELTS with no less than 6 in each module.
What will be the best course for me Applied diploma,advance a diploma or master??
Which province is better and have higher chances for getting PR easily for electrical engineers?

Please answer, it will be a great help.

Go for a two years PG diploma.
