Which courier to use to send documents to WES from India

Please guide me the courier service as i need to send documents to WES. I have three below options:

1. DHL
2. Speed Post
3. Registered Post

I used UPS and the documents were delivered in 3 days. You can use DHL but make sure you avoid India Post. They transfer the packages to Canada Post and they're on strike.

We used DHL and the documents were delivered in 3 days. Also, they give a discount for sending documents to WES. It was around Rs.1500/-

I would go with DHL - Wes qualifies for educational institution discount and irrespective of the weight of the package they have a standard pricing with tracking and fast delivery.
