Probably easier if you indicate what countries you are considering visiting and ask if it is possible to travel to any of these countries.Hi, which countries can I travel with a refugee travel document if I get the visa for that country?
Very bad advice. Just because one can enter Germany (one Schengen country) legally, it does not mean he/she qualifies to enter other countries in Schengen area. If you take advantage of no borders and cross into another country without valid documentation, consequences can be severe if caught as random checking's happen. Most countries in Schengen area (with few exceptions) require Schengen visa with Canadian RTD.It mentioned in Google, Germany is one of them you can travel to and from Germany you can go to other countries

I think you need to apply for a travel document first, then apply for USA Visitor Visa.Hello, my partner just got his refugee claim approval. We had a trip planned to USA and I was wondering if he could ask for his travel document and enter with his USA Visa (he has it in his old passport), has somebody done this?
He has the USA visitor visa on his old passport, so we would only need his RTD?I think you need to apply for a travel document first, then apply for USA Visitor Visa.
You can not use you home country passport once you become a refugee. If you use it, you risk you caseHe has the USA visitor visa on his old passport, so we would only need his RTD?
He had an old passport with the visa in it, and his new passport was the one that was seized. So before being a refugee he travelled with his old passport that had the visa attached and the new.Does he still have his passport with him or it's been seized ??
I'm not sure about this but the safest way is to get a TD then apply for US visaHe had an old passport with the visa in it, and his new passport was the one that was seized. So before being a refugee he travelled with his old passport that had the visa attached and the new.
His situation is different and needs to be reassessed by the US. He should be applying for a new visa as a protected person in Canada. He had an old passport with the visa in it, and his new passport was the one that was seized. So before being a refugee he travelled with his old passport that had the visa attached and the new.
