Which college is better to join Conestoga colllege in kitchner or CDI college in montreal?

I've done B.sc. Computer science recently. Im looking for a college that will definitely provide good education along with work permit. Also some part-time jobs.

When comparing colleges, I always check their rankings. Conestoga is ranked #83 in Canada while CDI is #169 in the country (http://www.webometrics.info/en/North_america/Canada).
