Which college is best

Hi,
I have applied for Engineering management program in Uottawa
and for MEng Industrial Engineering:
1)U of T
2) Ryerson
3) Concordia
4) Dalhousie

I got acceptance from Concordia university. But i have heard that it is situated in the region where French is compulsory to get job.
I am interested in MEng in Engineering management program in Ottawa. and i want to know which university would be best for Industrial Engineering.
Please help me to make my decision.

My profile:
Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering: 82% last year with aggregate of 76%
Degree in Instrumentation Engineering : 69.16% aggregate.
IELTS: 7 ( with no less than 6.5)
Experience: 1 year 6 months in Invensys operations management.
Designation: Project Application Engineer.

Yes, you need to learn french compulsory to get job and PR also if you apply for Concordia and other Universities in Quebec
