Which college accept Duolingo < 120 for graduate certificate ?

My scores:

Duolingo: 120
Ielts: 6.5 but General

Now instead of giving ielts academics, I want to apply for any graduate certificate via Duolingo.

Colleges like Humber, Centennial etc are accepting Duolingo 125+.

Do you know any good college which accept 120 or less in Duolingo for graduate certificate or masters?

I think Seneca college will be better in every way.
cause it's in Toronto, low fee but the best quality of education,

Duolingo score needed for DIploma : 105-110

graduate : 120

same for undergrads : 115
