Please don't be confused. Mississauga is always a good choice. Just make sure you stay within walkable distance to public transport.

Thanks brother...

I am IT professional. Most of the IT jobs are Toronto based and I have to start search job along with startup jobs. That's why I am confused whether it is tough to get join the Interview. :-\ :-\

BTW, where you are staying now?

What about the Burlington.

Is there any feedback about it? I saw several websites kept it in No. 1 for the new immigrants according to some criteria.

I want to fix Toronto or Mississauga or Burlington.

Would you please share your analysis or opinion. I am have to give interview for IT jobs. So. please consider this as well.

You mean Burlington, ON; right? If yes, you are better off staying in GTA (Toronto or Mississauga). Burlington is quite far and keep in mind; downtown Toronto and downtown Mississauga will have much more jobs than what you anticipate in Burlington. I would recommend staying in Toronto if you are looking at GTA as your destination. This will make it easier for you to find a workplace without worrying a lot about commute. Imagine your commute time if you stay in Burlington or Mississauga and you get an employment opportunity in Markham or Richmond Hill.

Good luck.

Thats a very generic question. By saying 'work abroad', where do you refer? If it is US, you need to identify time zone and try find a place in Canada in the same time zone. On the other hand, if you are going to work for some european counterpart, you may want to stay closer to the east coast for more overlap of working hours.

if one plan to work abroad why staying in canada, which city will be the best for such person

in this case i would go for a small town to save on expenses (accommodation and car insurance cost more in large/major cities).

Keeping in mind the point mentioned earlier around timezones/work hours overlap, etc.

Question, for how long can you continue doing that? Since you'll be living in canada you will have to integrate and find a job here at some point.

Me too in same boat.planning to land in Toronto soon. I have few queries, which area is better for security industry job? May be in downtown but which areas are cheap to live in near by?how much one indian bachelor guy need to spend monthly for living expenses in shared room as mess mate? I have fund in an Australian bank is my account statement enough to show while landing? The fund is easy accessible and secured.

Hi!

Can anyone tell me what is the expected time of PPR after submission of Medical? Please find below my time line.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 15, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on February 19, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

I submitted my medical on 18th January, 2016 but still waiting for PPR request after 6 months already passed. I also initiated a CSE to London Visa Office but the answer I got is, your process is still under process.

Issue is we are expecting a child in December (2016) and it would be very difficult for my wife to travel in those days if PPR request actually comes. Can anyone guide me what should I do with this application? Should I tell them that my wife is pregnant and you need to extend my landing time or actually wait for PPR and then let them know about it?

I shall be highly grateful if someone guides me about it.

Thanks in anticipation.

(I am from Pakistan and I applied through FSWP in December 2014. London Visa Office is handling my case currently)

Weather wise BC is better, but cost of living is higher.
