Which city is cheaper and have good job market in B.C

Need some advise, I am in calgary and planning to move to B.C to apply for B.C.PNP.
Can anyone suggest me which city is the best in terms of job prospects and cheap living cost.
I have PGW and looking for a job in Same Medium Enterprises
