Check with Govt. banks not private banks. Also, pvt banks do charge a lot of interest as compared to public sector banks. You need to check with these banks but do remember avoid going to State bank of India as am not sure but I have heard that SBI don't give education loans on Diploma programs, they entertain only Degree programs which will be offered at university. Though there is no harm in checking with SBI but check with other Govt. banks.

Hope it helps. :)

I went to HDFC and they said they don't provide loan for culinary.
PNB said they don't give loan for durham. I.am applying in SBI
And the other options left are
Avance, IDBI, Canara, Band of Baroda and Axis.

why don't you check with Bank of Baroda, one of the persons whom I know personally had taken an education loan from this bank in the past and that too for some diploma program which was for 1 year. Canara Bank and other small Govt. banks also too in the list.

The issue with SBI is, it's a big bank and has too many formalities. Their functioning is too slow. They don't bother if students misses their intake. Process is too slow. SBI waale bahut nakhree bhi dikhaate hain Loan dene mee.. :(
