I have done three years polytechnic diploma in electronics and communication from recognised state board of technical education Haryana after my matric and after completing diploma i took lateral entry in three years b.tech in electronics and communication from Punjab technical University jalandhar.Do CRS score give extra points of my diploma or it will be neglected and only becholer will be considered.If WES doesn't consider diploma will IQAS give weightage to polytechnic diploma.please someone guide me on this dilemma

Same thing happened with me, my PGDM from IMT was not considered my WES then I took a chance and sent it to IQAS and luckily they recognized it
Please check with any of your institute's alumni who might have done ECA with IQAS to confirm
It has to be post senior secondary education. The course done after secondary education is considered as: "Generally compares to the completion of a High School Diploma."
