LANDED..........
I'm Dreaming of July/2015
hi all

i'm planning to land in canada with my pregnant wife so i could apply for all the official papers and then after 2 weeks i go back due to work obligations and come back when the pregnancy is in due .

we are planing to stay at toronto , could anybody recommend to me which neighborhood is nice , safe , with walk by distance to stores shops and parks I could choose .

we want to rent a small appartment ( just me , my wife and mother in law ) so i guess a 2 bedroom apartment, my budget is 2000 dollars per months , would this get me an appartment in a nice spot .

my wife hasent been on her own before in a foreign country and i really want to leave her in a good place

also do you recommend we rent in downtown or suburbs , which one she would feel not alone and safe ?

thanks guys

do you think it would be better to rent at downtown , i'm guessing its more alive and lots of near by spots for shopping , walking , going out for a restaurant ? right?

do you think downtown is a safe and better place than suburbs for a lady to live on her own ?

Hi I can help you find an apartment in an excellent area also close to a hospital since your wife is pregnant I'm a Realtor with 12 years experience north york as previously mention is a good area also there is etobicoke and downtown it all depends what you prefer.
Check my page alrivas .com.
By the way my service is absolutely free of charge to you.

google Homestead.

Family unfriendly? Definitely not. I live downtown and my neighbourhood is full of kids that are running around and playing together all of the time. We have parks, many community events for children, sports teams, etc. It's a fantastic place to raise kids and people with children often want to buy in our community.

Having said that - downton is expensive (both buying and renting).
